Senior & Dickson offer a range of plastic injection moulding services in Yorkshire and surrounding areas, with experts and 'state of the art' machinery.
Plastic injection design experts will mock up the design, and then it will be sent to our moulding workshop, where it will be created by our incredibly talented staff.
Our plastic injection moulding workshop in Doncaster is made up of 19 injection moulding machines. These machines host a range of clamp force from 40 tonnes to 500 tonnes, so that we can provide the best quality and service in the area. Each moulding machine can be fed via a centralised material feed system to improve efficiencies and the health and safety of our workforce. All of our moulds are cooled with a ‘state of the art’ chiller system installed in 2022.
Our plastic injection moulding machines are supported by raw material processing equipment, such as driers, mixers, and in-line grinding machines, as well as ‘pick and place’ robots.
We also utilise the use of ultrasonic welding of plastic parts, which uses ultrasonic frequencies to weld together, mating plastic parts of a product or project.
For the demoulding, we utilise our 3-axis robots for accuracy and effectiveness.
Our post moulding processes also include drilling, tapping, and full product assembly.
